LAUTECH NOTICE ON DOCUMENTS TO BE IN THE FILES OF ALL FRESH STUDENTS

The Underlisted documents are documents that are going to be submitted by all fresh students, so that they can be profiled in the Faculty, Department and Admissions and Undergraduate Records Section.

NB : The Collection and submission of Files hasnt been announced by the school, but this post is to get you ready for it, the date of the commencement shall be communicated to you here on Nsblog once announced by school 

i.  3 copies Of LAUTECH Admission Letter 

ii. 3 copies of JAMB Admission letter in colour printout (if available).

iii. 3 copies of verified O’level result.

iv. 3 copies of JAMB result slip in colour printout.

v. 3 copies of receipt of payment of Acceptance fee.

 vi. 3 copies of receipt of payment of Tuition fee

vii. 3 copies of Birth Certificate or Sworn Affidavit

 viii. 3 copies of Local Government Identification

 ix. 2 original copies of letters of recommendation (By your Imam or Pastor) 

x. Original copy of sworn affidavit of good behavior and 2 copies of same(To be collected in Court) 

xi. Original receipt of purchase of student handbook and 2 copies of same

xii. 3 copies of Medical Clearance Certificate(From the health center after completing your medical registration) 

xiii. 3 copies of downloaded and signed Oath of Allegiance

xiv. Original State Identification form and 2 copies of same

xv. 3 copies of Biodata / Personal Data Form(Will be printed after filing your bio data form online) 

xvi. 3 copies of downloaded and signed Student Dress Code.

xvii. 3 recent recent passport photographs.

Note that you might be asked to pay for Result checker which ranges from #700 -#1000
